"Worst experience."

The worst experience! I already PAID but the property owner was UNCONTACTABLE by call, WhatsApp and email. Can't be reached at all for the whole day and night. I have to get help from booking.com customer service to get me other accommodations. You must blacklist this property owner.

I don't even stay there .. They cancelled my booking just an hour before I check in. Also no refund had been made. So bad as no words can describe. Thanks for the bad experience.

The location and own the whole unit

No water heater in the unit The unit was not clean thoroughly. There are few mold spots in the toilet. Super slow response from the owner/ agent, until the extend need to call booking.com to contact the owner/ agent for further check in instructions. Need to pay deposit via online and slow refund.

booking 2 bedroom for my family, but their give me wrong room & there is no privacy with my husband😌 I have already contact them but their give me late reply .. for me, this is very very bad experience becoz we are so tired .. this is first and last I stay in nilai ..
