OUNT-Central location, spacious, cozy and secure

Отличное расположение квартиры, чисто, уютно, есть вся необходимая бытовая техника, все в рабочем состоянии. Есть шлакбаум во дворе, получилось припорковать машину и не беспокоиться. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая. Соответствует цене и качеству

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen, da sie nicht direkt zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist. Die Umgebung ist sicher. Supermarkt und kleine Läden sind in Laufdistanz erreichbar, die Innenstadt erreicht man in 10 bis 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sicher, und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet umgehend.

Big, clean apartment, soft beds, a nice kitchen. The owner is very friendly. A couple of 24/7 grocery shops are nearby, the city center is in a walkable distance.

The apartment is placed near the crossroad where drivers love to honk for some reason. Can be noisy even at night. The smart lock is a bit cumbersome until you figure it out.

The location is great. Everything important is within walking distance, but the bus station is not far away either. The hostess is very nice and helpful, speaks perfect English and she's very knowledgeable about the city. The WiFi is very good. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The apartment felt very much like home.

During the night, you can hear the elevator's chime whenever it stops at your floor.

The apartment is really a cozy one as it's named. It's large and well furnished. We feel comfortable like at home. Just love it. The owner is very dedicated and helpful with advice.

The location is a bit difficult to find by taxi driver, but I can't be better!

The flat is cosy, well suited for cosy evenings with the family, has all useful facilities for cooking. The flat has a locker so the checkout is easy.

The neighbors kids are running upstairs but there are kids )

The place is centrally located, 15 minute walk to Suhkbaktar Square, 20 minutes walk to the State Department Store.

Apartment 80 has everything you need. All was clean and fresh. Light and airy on the 6th floor. Excellent WiFi. Good security. An easy 15-20 min walk gets you to Sukhbaatar Sq. It was perfect for me because I was working in that area and got a nice walk back & forth every day.

The only downside is the traffic noise in that area as the building is located near a busy street. But the flat has good windows so they insulate the noise well. It's just that you can't sleep with the windows open.
