The property is very nice looking. The location is excellent! A walking distance from the Cayala Walking center. The staff is very friendly.

Complicated to get around and find apt and building

We had a great stay at Rate Cozy Stays Cayala Apartments 4. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The security is top-notch, which made us feel very safe. The host was attentive and responsive, and everything was well-maintained.

While the apartment was clean and spacious, there were some issues that affected our stay. One of the two toilets didn’t work properly, which was frustrating. Additionally, food deliveries could not be brought directly to the apartment and had to be picked up at reception, which was inconvenient. Although the building felt secure, the experience wasn’t flawless, and we expected better for the price.

The security is not what I have experienced at other accommodations. It could be overwhelming, checking in with secutity every time you are driving in.
