"Geräumige Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehlern"

Für uns war die Lage absolut perfekt, da wir in der Sporthalle um die Ecke ein Event hatten. Zur Arena di Verona läuft man 30 Minuten. Mit dem Taxi sind es aber nur 10 Minuten. Wir brauchten 3 Schlafzimmer für unsere Gruppe. Das war perfekt. Die Raumaufteilung war ebenfalls gut. Keine Durchgangszimmer. Ivan ist super nett und hilfsbereit! Die zwei Balkone sind toll für den Abend. Man sitzt dort sehr nett.

Um ehrlich zu sein könnte langsam etwas renoviert werden. Insgesamt war es sauber. Aber es sind Kleinigkeiten die dringend gemacht werden müssten. Reinigung Waschmaschine, Reparatur Kühlschrank, Reparatur Schubladen und Schranktüren wären sinnvoll. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir zu einem Sportevent waren. Im privaten Urlaub hätte es mich aber sehr gestört.

Spacious, convenient, good host and quick to respond with queries. Rooms large, very clean and quiet surroundings.

Is 30 mins walk to the arena/colloseum (didn’t bother us as we checked maps beforehand but shouldn’t be advertised as 10 mins from there). Mattresses could do with an upgrade - watch your backs… All in, just a few minor gripes. Would happily stay again for the price - it’s not worth top dollar though.

We traveled for work and the accommodation exceeded our expectations! The host is a very kind and helpful person, he made sure that nothing was missing. Everything was really nice. I highly recommend this accommodation! In addition, the location is great, there are many shops and bars nearby. Thank you for everything.

Everything was good. Apartment was clean and spacious. We forgot about our phone charger, but the owner fortunately contaced us and gave it back :)

For me it was okay, but some people could say that it was pretty cold inside (around 19-20 degrees).
