Portia Luxury City Penthouse, views!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ynzentral. Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Aussicht ist fantastisch. Allerdings die Terrasse ist relativ klein und nur mit 3 Stuhlen ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für Kaffee, Zucker...

Check in war reine Katastrophe. Zuerst sollten wir paar Tagen vorher Kopien von unseren Ausweise per Mail schicken. Mailadresse hat nicht funktioniert( kann passieren!) Ich hab die Kopien per WhatsApp geschickt. Wir haben auch mitgeteilt, wann wir genau ankommen werden. 10 Minuten vorher noch mal Bescheid gesagt, wie vereinbart wurde. Weitere halbe Stunde habe ich im Gebäude rumgelaufen und jemand gesucht. Nach mehreren WhatsApps kam jemand, der auch wenig Ahnung hatte. Wir wurden mit unseren Ausweisen in den Händen fotografiert, damit man uns danach sagt, dass System sowieso nicht funktioniert!!! Wir sollen einfach Bescheid sagen, wenn wir rein gehen wollen!!! Inzwischen wurde unseres Auto fast abgeschleppt. Eingangskarten haben wir erhalten, dass waren aber keine Schlüsselkarten( wie ich gedacht habe) Wir sollten noch mal jemand suchen um Schlüssel zu bekommen. Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmern. Die Betten sehen wie neu aus, aber von sehr schlechten Qualität, Die quietschen sehr beim Aufstehen und man rutscht immer zu Mitte. Es gibt nur 2 Gabeln. Und sonst sieht man das die Wochnung ohne Liebe zum Details ( Plastikpalmen und plastikblümen?)gestaltet ist, und nur als Übernachtungsmöglickeit für 1-2 Nächte gedacht ist. Dafür ist aber Aufwand mit dem Check-in übertrieben.

Unit is a little warm upstairs. The central aircon is downstairs. Upstairs is only portable fans.

Very cozy place wtih amazing view. And they have roof terrace! Getting keys was not that difficult as some people said.

There was a storng wind. At first we was surpraised with noise. Then we found out that we needed to close all the windows. It made much better.

The apartment was exquisite, very clean and comfortable. Location of the apartment is very good and central.

The check in procedure is very complex. There is nowhere to park when checking in to get keys to get in to park. If it was not for Abongile (not sure if I am spelling this correctly) that helped us it would have been a very difficult

Check in process takes forever. Wind noise is quite disturbing.

Everything inside the house. Presentable, neat, comfortable, good quality products. Towels clean, bathrooms outstanding

The security at the boom gates said it's okay to park in the ground floor, while I told her I have my own bays. Instead of helping me to my bays she said I can park it's fine and I paid R50. She didn't tell me I'm going to pay. The access process after the front desk is complicated especially the lifts but atleast the securities in the front desks are very friendly, professional and helpful. But lifts and access to parking is very complicated and time consuming it frustrated me a lot. The window on the bedroom with view has wind blowing as there were strong winds yesterday.
