L’emplacement et la disposition des pièces, la literie est bonne.

L’accès au code sur la poignée. Pas très évident.

La ubicacion genial. Mucha tranquilidad y el anfitrion nos concedió una hora mas de salida, al no tener donde dejar las maletas.

Falta de limpieza, sobre todo en el menaje y la cocina. La terraza es un patio cerrado lleno de polvo y con mal olor. Las almohadas muy pequeñas y lo peor es la escalera de acceso al piso alto: apenas cabe el pie en el peldaño, tiene mucho pelugro, de hecho, mi amiga se cayó en la noche. No hay articulos de limpieza, ni de higiene personal minimo.

La ubicación, bien situado a 15’ del centro

No conseguimos dormir ni un solo día, un ruido insoportable por el aire acondicionado del apartamento que el dueño se negó a atender. Lamentable el servicio y la atención al cliente

-Excellent location near to metro, tram and bus stations. -Many shops, supermarkets and places to eat nearby -Fully equipped apartment (e.g appliances, dishes, a/c, etc) -Spacious rooms, cozy atmosphere -Wifi connection

-Smelly pillows on the sofa and smelly arm chair -No washing tablets for the dishwasher and no dish sponge

Very cozy and clean space

Beautiful little apartment. Next to several metro, bus and tram stops. Perfect location to travel around with ease. Very clean!

Location is good, close to stations. Straightforward self check in / out.

No hot water 2 days out of our 4-day stay. We raised it in the morning but it was left unchecked during the whole day. Had to keep chasing up for an answer but only got told no one can come as it’s out of hours in the evening. When complained host Ben challenged us to move out if we really had issues with no hot water whilst having 2 small kids after sightseeing in 35c hot weather. Unprofessional and condescending attitude, said our purpose was after a compensation. He apologised the following day and yes, we got €19 refund from a €470 booking for 2 days without hot water and the stressful experience. Found dishwasher full of dirty dishes. When I raised it with Host Ben, offered to put it through a wash and asked where to find the dishwasher tablet, the response was not an apology but “check your booking info that cleaning product is not included”. Bathroom ceiling has black mould. Stairs to the loft bedroom covered in dust and hair in the corners. Very steep steps, do not recommend if you have small children.

The location is excellent, tram stop just across the road. you can easily walk to anywhere in the city from here. The host had great communication with us, and the property was clean when we arrived

It is not 3 bedrooms at all, it has one bedroom with double bed, a mezzanine above the lounge room with a bed, and a couch (not a sofa bed). Air-conditioning half worked, and we had no hot water for our last 2 days
