Very spacious. Good for big family as it has three rooms. The couch was comfy and big. Spacious living room. There's a kitchen, a fridge so if you are willing, you can cook. I haven't tried. The owner gives you directly the key to the house so no problem on that part either. The owner lives in the building which facilitates communication.
