Very central, spotlessly clean, very well appointed kitchen. Lovely shower and bath.

Pretty much everything. Spotless on cleanliness, design and condition, comfortability, nice classic building, unbeatable location, and attentive management.

First of all and before any further detail, nothing to attribute to the apartment itself or its management. Given said that: The fantastic location comes with its toll. As any other place in Valletta’s old town, be ready for a daily quest to park near by. Most of what are universally understood as public parkings you can find in google are digital illusions. The only real parking is in Fiorentina, 20 minutes walking to the apartment. Just in case you are planning to use a car. You need to be patience to hunt one of these precious street white bays, in late evenings use to be achievable, don’t dismay. The location well worth it. The real unpleasant experience comes every single morning, really early morning. The windows isolation in the bedrooms is null, but the truth is that even if the owner invested on the best armoured shutters it wouldn’t mean any significant difference. Every single morning along our 5 nights stay, we woke up between 5:30 or 6:00 the latest. The level of noise coming from the delivery trucks reverse beeping, and over of all, the second war world shelling coming from the opposite building in refurbishment is impossible to describe. I would perfectly understand as acceptable this work noise from 8, even 7:30 in the morning, and I consider myself and early bird, but someone hammering walls at 6:30 in the morning is not acceptable in any civilised society. So, endow yourself with a very good wax plugs, or effective noise cancellation earphones if you want to sleep over 5:30.

Exceptionally spacious, very responsive hosts, kindly provided extra linen as requested for the sofa in the living room. You can really tell a lot of thought has gone into the amenities available to make your stay comfortable. The area is wonderful and very centrally located.

Little natural light in the property

Location was good. Very large apartment, not great views to the interior building, elevator was sketchy, Some mold on the walls was painted over🙃 Otherwise we enjoyed the stay

Spacious beautifully decorated apartment with lift access, very clean, small balcony area handy for drying clothes. Good central location.lots of nearby bars and cafes. Owners very quick to answer questions. Code access so much easier than keys.

Lack of instructions for TV and cooker caused some frustration. Only 4 plates so a LOT of washing up required if eating in, and only 2 dishwasher tablets provided for a 4 night stay. Not an issue with property itself, and more the price you pay for a central location but mornings could be a bit noisy from very early on - revving engines, car horns, church bells and the world’s keenest builders who seemed to be knocking down a local building from 7am onwards… Just saying, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper or like a lie in. As it happened, I quite enjoyed the urban buzz and the rest of the family slept through it. Similarly, be aware that the surrounding streets are very steep and wheelchair or pushchair access would be very difficult, and even just walking up and down requires a fair degree of fitness. Having said all that we loved it and have already recommended it to friends!
