Englewood Escape 3BR Canal Front with Pool

The interior of the home was updated nicely.

Upon entering the property (4/18/26), we immediately noticed the floors were dirty, an unmade bed that someone had clearly slept in, the twin beds blankets were also in disarray, no clean towels or toilet paper in either bathroom, the bathroom sink was not clean, a pile of dirty towels on top of the washing machine, and random hair in the living room on the chair and coffee table. The property was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. We took pictures immediately and contacted the property through their contact information posted on Booking and sent them the photos. We were told that they would resolve the issue. After waiting 2 hours, with no resolution or attempt at a resolution other than that they would send a cleaning person in the next few hours, we decided to leave the property and go to a hotel. I am expecting a dull refund considering the unsanitary conditions of the property, and the property management's lack of customer service or urgency to resolve the issue. I will update my review once I have that confirmation.
