Aircon is slow … bit hot i side the room. No extra drinking water

Location is ok but only it's close to the MRT, actually it's in the in the middle of the city with nothing interesting around. It was generally clean, but ...

So, first of all - it's not a hotel, it's a B&B type very small room. To go in you have to go through residential area, and it is not mentioned in the place description but all residents have cards to open building doors. But card is not supplied, so you have to give your ID for the whole time of staying, you get visitors card, and every time entering the property you need to wave it and wait for the doors to be opened. One time it took 10 minutes ... every service is slow in the Philippines. Also - wifi was ok, but sometimes breaking, there is no toilet seat, everything is really small, kitchen smells of mould, some of the supplied pans and frying pans cant be used with the stove, cabinets dont have handles, supply cabinet was filled with opened and outdated souces and vinigers.... generally everything looks cheap.

The room had a lingering bad smell. The smell could be coming from the drainage pipe in the toilet, which is not necessarily the fault of the owner, but it was not a good smell to be in throughout the 3 days stay in the property. The owner does not provide the key to the main gate, so it's a hassle to be signalling to the guard to open it every single time you have to enter the condo.

Good value for money. Owner always ready to help and guide.

The pool is closed more often than it was open. Other unoccupied condos have feline tenants filling it with poop one day these felines were inthe trash room tearing it apart.

The sleeping place is uncomfortable, had to climb & very narrow height to move around

The location is strategic to MRT Station.

I observed that there were fruit flies inside the unit.
