Blue View Penthouse - Magnolia Holidays

Great location, 15min taxi from the airport, c.15/20minute walk from the old town, 4th floor (accessed via a lift) in a spacious well maintained apartment block (located behind Carlos V hotel) and so has wonderful sea view from it's balconies; the main balcony has retractable shading (needed whilst we were there). Very well equipped and generously sized living/kitchen areas and main bedroom with the 2nd bedroom being slightly smaller with en suite shower. We did not have a hire car but for those that do, there is underground car parking. Our cheerful meet and greet host, Daniela went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay (our flight was delayed, arriving past midnight to be meet by a very bright eyed and charming Daniela!). The added thoughtful touch of basic provisions for day 1 was much appreciated.

The decor is a little tired in some areas but more than adequate as a holiday apartment - I am not planning on living there! Because it is located in an elevated position - hence the magnificant sea views, some may find the up hill walk a tad exhausting or exhilirating - depending on your attitude!

Everything was really good. Fantastic views, with multiple terraces. The flat was roomy and had two bathrooms, which was very good. I would recommend the beach next to Bar Quintillo, we found that the best instead of Spiaggia del Tro. Overall everything you need is in a walking distance.

Our Host was punctual , warm and sincere. She was easily reached when we needed her and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was a bit of a walk from the town of Algehro , but it was worth it for the peace and quiet and the stunning vista .
