This is a spacious one bedroom apartment, that’s well-appointed with a huge television, a lovely shower and efficient air-con, which in the stifling heat of August was a life saver! The sofa is enormous. The apartment is modern, but very close to the old town, and all amenities are on-hand. There are lots of little thoughtful extras that the host provided, and he was always available if I got stuck. He wasn’t able to ensure my football team won, but I figured this was outside his remit. Centrally located to old town and only a short 10 minute walk from train station! Apartment was exceptionally clean, well maintained and included all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Very easy check in, thank you Marco!

Marco and Francesca's (I think that it is his wife's name) have created the perfect homey environment. I stay at apartments in a lot of places all over Europe and this place could be in my top five, over decades of travel. It feels like you are staying in a friends house with small touches to make it feel like home, and nice art, big TV, well supplied kitchen.. the bed was very comfortable and bathroom spotless. There is also a small terrace and an elevator. The location is perfect for exploring Udine, which is a fantastic city. It has always been my dream to study Italian in Udine - if I can make that dream happen some day, this is the apartment I want to be in. Grazie mille Marco for a superb stay.

Everything was fantastic.

First, The host is very helpful and everything has been written in detail where to find what and what is what in the apartment. The location is in the very center. Pet friendly. There is a park near to apartment so you can go around. Any question has been replied without any hesitation by the host. I certainly stay in this place in my next travel.
