Appartamento ampio, moderno, ben arredato, accogliente. Dispone di tutto il necessario. Disponibile di parcheggio riservato a fronte di una caparra.

Purtroppo in bagno non è presente la finestra ma solo la ventola.

Foarte aproape de centrul Funchal si multe magazine in apropiere. Curatenie in apartament si in spatiile comune. View catre port, multa liniste. Apartament dotat cu tot ce trebuie, masina de spalat cu uscator, fier de calcat, aparat de cafea etc. Baie foarte mare, apa calda, aer conditionat, televizor si internet de mare viteza.

Hola es la primera vez que viajo a Funchal ,el apartamento es muy amplio y confortable ,muy céntrico y la ventaja del parking justo debajo del edificio. Destacar en trato del check in por parte de Jessica,su amabilidad y compromiso fue excelente. Al tratarse de una empresa el trato antes de entrada es todo s través de mensajes pero ella nos ha ayudado mucho . Gracias

Poco que objetar ,lo único la mala experiencia de perder el vuelo del lunes por niebla y tener que prosponer al día siguiente, intentamos cambiar la fecha del check in del lunes y salir el sábado y no tenían disponibilidad,se que no es culpa de ellos pero se trata de una empresa con muchas más propiedades y tampoco nos han dado otra opción . imagino que no estaría en sus manos. También mencionar que para dejar el coche en parking es necesario una tarjeta la cual tiene un depósito de 50 eu que son recuperables el día del check out . Hemos optado por dejar el coche por nuestra cuenta ya que el precio del propio parking es 5 eu por día.

Het contact met de host/organisatie was slecht. Het pasje voor de parkeergarage was kwijt volgens de host. Hij zei dat we dan maar de bonnetjes van de parkeergarage moesten bewaren en dat de kosten die we maakten werden teruggestort. Wij hadden netjes betaald en uiteindelijk 30 euro in totaal betaald. Bonnetjes die eruit kwamen en parkeertickets hadden we bewaard en op tafel gelegd voor de organisatie om terug te storten. Maar we kregen uiteindelijk maar de helft van het geld terug van de organisatie omdat ze vonden dat er niet genoeg bonnetjes waren. Beetje jammer en slordig.

the three storey underground parking is very tight especially the third storey where the parking place No.247 for this apartment is situated. We highly recommend to hire a smaller car to be able to move smoothly in this parking

Overall, we loved living there. He was not helpful at all. The amenities were pretty good and almost everything looked like the pictures

There were some shortcomings. It was not an easy property to find, we were only given instructions afterward, after searching where the property was. After being told no, I asked in advance if it was possible to check out. Afterward, they offered late check-out until midnight for +20 EUR, which I don't think is fair. I asked the host if he could help me with the suitcase or suggest a place where we could drop it off in town while we still had time to catch our flight, he also could not and would not help. I later found an app where you can drop it off at several places in the city. However, the bathroom was pretty run down, had mold, and the towel racks were coming off and the holy spirit held up the mirror.
