The door code did not work, and we were trying to open the door from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m., without any success.

We repeatedly requested assistance for several hours, asking for the access code to be rechecked, resent, and for someone to manually open the door, but despite multiple attempts, the door never opened and the issue was never resolved. We were travelling as a family, with two elderly people and a heavily pregnant woman, and we spent five hours trying to access the apartment. After four hours, we asked to be moved to another room, even if it was of lower quality, but instead we were only offered a few free hours. When we then requested to cancel the reservation, this request was refused. Only after four hours did they inform us that someone would be sent to assist us, but we were told it would still take another hour for that person to arrive. At that point, we had no choice but to book another hotel. This situation was extremely distressing and the service provided was completely unacceptable.

The location, the apartment, the host ... they were all great. The apartment is located in the middle of the shopping district, close to restaurants and cafés galore. The building is secure and the apartment was perfect.

We struggled a bit with the doors, in spite of the detailed instructions given to us. But we finally figured them out. They're just a bit tricky.

La ubicación, el edificio en sí todo entero, la entrada al edificio, el alojamiento TOP, y la buena disponibilidad de la agencia para todo, pero eso sí esperar la locución del contestador hasta que te coge un operario, es un poco estresante si vas con prisas. Pero bien!

Como pega solo diría, que faltan ganchos de percha o perchero en la entrada del alojamiento para las chaquetas en invierno, y un taburete o puff para no tener la maleta abierta en el suelo de la habitación, porque si estás pocos dias, no tener que vaciarla dentro del armario. Gracias.

Tutto davvero gradevole

The apartment was clean and exactly as described. It was comfortable and surprisingly quiet in the middle of Sevilla's main shopping district. (pedestrian walkways directly outside so no cars). It felt like a little haven to come back to during our trip. The hosts were responsive to all my questions and requests. This included noting the door pad was having issues to having problems with the stove, needing toilet paper, etc. They gave the cleanings when we requested during our extended stay. It also felt private as an apartment/hotel, and a place that felt more like a home away from home than a hotel, which is what we were looking for.

It was pricey for the market, but I was willing to pay, especially as my girls really wanted access to the plunge pool in hot July. We were there for an extended period - over 2 weeks for intensive Spanish and flamenco dance classes, so needed a place to feel cozier than a hotel. Also, the pool was wonderful the first week. For the second week, it was cloudy. When I noted it to the hosts, they said it had just been cleaned the day before and would be cleaned the following day. However, it was still cloudy after that, and for sure, it was not exactly clean.
