Cosy one bedroom flat in city center

The location is great, in walking distance to the city center, close to a grocery store, cafes, restaurants. The flat was cosy, but had everything that we needed. Everything was very clean.

I have absolutely no complaints.

Location excellent! Cosy with everything you need. Very quiet building. Stayed 7 nights cooking at home. Wonderful to have a washer. Comfortable bed. Felt safe going out at night. Lucy is excellent communicator. 3 theatres/concert halls 6 min walk away. Union Canal Lochrin Basin is behind buildings across street and a nice walk along the canal.

There was nothing not to like.

The apartment is well-equipped – small kitchen, yes, but very comfortable and perfect for cooking basic meals. The space feels warm and homely, and it’s got everything you might need. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The host was friendly and responsive via messages. Location is great: just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town, close to bus stops for getting around, and a short walk from Haymarket Station – ideal for airport connections. Plus, there’s a Tesco and a Sainsbury’s just around the corner.

As others have mentioned, the entrance and stairwell are a bit neglected – but once inside, the flat is spotless and welcoming. No parking, but Edinburgh is definitely a city best explored on foot.

Great location, only 20 minute walk from the city and 5 minutes to nice bars, shopping and restaurants.

Great location, quiet and lovely personal touches

The outside doesn't look the best but the flat itself is lovely, warm and comfy. Lucy was lovely and very easy to deal with it.
