La Perla Como Town

Bedroom were a bit too big to heat, so it was a bit chilly. But the real issue was the bathroom. The window there was open when I came and it was impossible to close it down and it was freezing cold during the night. Other than this,the facility was clean and had everything I need.

The apartment was great, large, quiet and central. However, we never got any information on how to access it’s we arrived with no idea how to get in. We had to borrow a phone and then soon got the instructions.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and a perfect location in Como

Unfortunately there was no hot water during our stay and we were unable to have warm showers in cold temperatures. The host was very responsive and helpful with the matter however we didn’t have the issue resolved during the stay. Nonetheless, everything else was perfect and the apartment is very nice.

The apartment is in good location, not far from the main station (~1 km) and not in the middle of the city center. The place was quite calm. In general everything was quite clean except the dish washing machine was left with some old dirty dishes.

The sound proof of the walls were not very good. You can hear other neighbors behind the walls moving and opening doors. the overall temp in the apartment was ~18-20 Celsius (was a bit cold). There was no electric towel heater so you could not dry clothes. Bed was too soft and the blanket was very thin.
