Appartamento nuovo , moderno , fresco anche senza usare il climatizzatore. A dieci minuti a piedi dal centro e a 10 minuti in auto dalla spiaggia di Maria Pia . Appartamento dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie con un bel bagno accogliente e doccia walk-in . Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Wonderful location. Loved being on the ground floor. The shower was excellent, by far the best in our five weeks of traveling in Sicily and Sardinia. Great pressure and no fluctuations in the temperature.

It was all, besides the bathroom, one big room. It was impossible to not bother someone trying to sleep if someone else wanted to watch TV or cook in the kitchen. Besides one small plastic table, there were no other tables in the living room. The bedroom had no bedside lamps, just ceiling lights. The kitchen had no towels, only a few sponges. There were no paper towels or napkins. The instructions on recycling were a bit overwhelming and threatening. There were detailed instructions on when and what bins to use, however we had no bins and only one extra garbage bag for a six night stay. The instructions stated that if you miss the recycling day it was up to you to take it to different spots throughout the city. And if ANY waste was left when you checked out you could have extra charges added to your bill. We have never experienced anything like this. Every other places we’ve stayed at least had housekeeping every few days to take the garbage and recyclables for us. We never had housekeeping once during our stay.

It is a spacious all in one appartment, close to the storic centre, free parking on the street. It was easy to find a spot in the beginning of July. Self check in, although host is available via whatsapp all the time. As we travelled with a 3y old, we easily connected the 3rd bed to the king bed. It is on the ground floor so no need to carry the baggage up the stairs.

Make sure to bring your own liquid soap and washing machine liquid. Kitchen could be better equipped. Nevertheless, it has been a great stay, raccomend for a family vacation!

Nice, clean, big, modern appartment. Close to the historical city. The owner was very responsive and friendly.
