Very nice room in the beautiful city of Perugia. I would recommend it for families or groups of friends who can take both rooms in the apartment. The kitchen is very useful and the breakfast makes a good start of the day

"OK for overnight. Dirtyness does not allow to enjoy the stay."

Beds were comfortable, though a bit narrow.

It is not 10 min to centre walking, but at least 15-20 min, you have to walk 2 hills up. It was a dirty appartment, owner apparently does not maintain it. Good enough for overnight, not for enjoying the stay.Do not expect much for breakfast. For the money would be ok, but the dirt is unforgivable.
