Picture of house on listing doesn’t match the actual property. Street address in the listing didn’t match the actual property. Spent 30 minutes in -10 degree weather trying to figure out where I was staying. Bed mattresses were just thick hard foam, not comfortable. Couches were worn out and had smell of animal urine.

Good location.

BLOOD MARK ON BED SHEETS! Was unacceptable. Microwave didn’t work, I tried to heat my coffee and sparked and shut off by it self. Heater never worked, house was cold.

The property was spacious and decently kept

The communication leading up was unnecessarily complicated, was asked to send redundant information across two modes of communication, also the address was listed incorrectly which led to needless confusion. The soap was also empty with no extras and the coffee machine was not functional.

Spacious & clean. The space it’s self was unique I think with the upstairs area. I liked that it was lit up by the sun for most of the space. I also liked the fact it was upstairs and not street level and that there was a code lock on both doors from street access to apartment access. There were plenty of seats for all of us to sit and eat. We had to contact the staff right when we got there and they responded quickly.

The location was sketchy. Not being from the area, it was kind of scary to pull up to this location with 5 young girls under the age of 18. Also, the address didn’t quite match up to what we were sent. GPS took us to the correct spot tho!!

It was spacious and had plenty of beds and space to gather as a family.

There were undesirable people hanging out on the front porch and in the back. There was an old refrigerator sitting out front. Parking was hard.

Ample sleeping spaces for our group of 7. Communal spaces were great for shared activity. Location was very close to downtown which made for cheaper ride sharing costs. Simple rules and instructions for checking in and out Hosts were very friendly

The address wasn't hard to find but may have been listed incorrectly. There were a few confusions regarding the checkin/checkout times.

It was very big and spacious.

Check-in was off and the posted address is inaccurate, which was a yellow flag. Some strange smells and significant wear and tear in exterior doors/locks etc. But the interior space was comfortable and clean.
