Прекрасный, отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи. Парковка во дворе дома за воротами, очень удобно!

Очень шумно вечером - шум от соседей сверху, который продолжался до полуночи (топот, скрип, что-то падало). Конечно нужна посудомойка, в 21 века эта часть цивилизации должна быть в каждом доме. В дальней комнате присутствует запах сырости. Мебель уставшая. Для чая только 1 полноценная кружка.
