The location is great, you can walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes, trams or the subway are just a few corners away. It was easy to find the place and pick up the keys based on the information provided by the owner. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment was clean.

The windows are looking at an inner courtyard so it's not super bright during the day.

Very close to the university building where the conference I attended was. Nice and comfortable flat with everything me and my friend needed for a short stay. Very clean and spot on communication. Would recommend!

The only downside was the people in a flat next to us as they were loud in the evenings but you can't choose who is staying and how they will behave. All great with the flat itself, so this little nuance wouldn't put me off staying here again.

The flat was well-equipped, large and comfortable. The manager was helpful whenever I needed something. The location is very nice and the area is well-served by public transportation system.

I would have expected a bit more advice during my stay. Minor things such as: "how to use the washing machine", "how to re-activate the stove". It would take a few horse to write down the "house rules" available in the house.

Good location, rather spacious, clean, bed comfortable enough, nice bath amenities. Host provides good coffee for the french press.

Dishwasher didn’t work, there aren’t proper knives, found just one small and useless for cooking. The bed seems 140 sm size, good for one, not for two. There is fold-out sofa in another room, small enough also. Sounds of running water and voices from behind the wall.
