Saun on suur ja mõnus, korter on väga avar ja istumiskohti on palju. Rõdu on väga mõnus istumiseks. Korter on väga moodne ja ilus,hästi valitud disainelementidega. Dušširuum ja sauna eesruum on väga uhked.

Padjad olid väga ebamugavad. Istumiskohad on üldiselt ebamugavad kui tahta pikemalt istuda. Saunalava on veidralt kitsas.
