No breakfast included. However, the prompt response time and follow up throughout the process was excellent. In fact I experienced a problem with my phone and requesting a taxi after I checked out and a woman who answered your main number was extremely helpful. It saved my missing a wedding event that was the basis for my travel to Spain from California. I The only issue I had was with Booking.com not informing CLABAO of a confirmed date chane made a week prior.

Lo mejor es la ubicación

Tras dejar la habitación, habiendo incluso lavado los vasos y dejándolo todo perfecto, recibí una reclamación de 35€ porque según dijeron faltaba una almohada. No sé si se descontaron y creyeron que había una extra, o qué pretendían pero nunca, y me he alojado en muchos y distintos tipos de alojamiento prácticamente siempre reservándolos desde Booking, me he encontrado en una situación tan incómoda, violenta y desagradable como esta.
