ZAThe bed was large and comfy, and the location close to the airport, easy to find.
This place is just very badly managed. From the fact that nobody helps you with luggage (we had to walk to the reception in the rain, no cover, no umbrella), to being checked out prematurely, to being woken up by insistant ringing of the doorbell every day, to the bad restaurant (a large portion on the menu is not available, or the chef cannot be bothered, to the run-down appearance of the place, as well as the uncleanliness and demotivated staff)... this was just a bad experince for us. Not our place.

GBIt is very nice place next to Victoria Lake, nice huts for stay in. Internet was fast and reliable, water issues like usual in Uganda, electricity backup on generators really help. Food was lovely, we stayed for 6 nights all together and it was a really pleasant stay. Staff should be more open and less shy. But they are really helpful and friendly. We will come back definitely

KZMy stay at this hotel was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was always ready to help with any request - from advice about the city to organizing excursions. I especially want to highlight their assistance with local tours: thanks to them, I was able to find options 2â3 times cheaper than I could on my own, and still with a high level of organization. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests, not just going through the motions. This hotel made my time in the city easy, relaxing, and convenient, for which I am very grateful.

CITrÚs bel établissement. Le personnel était au petit soin. La vue sur le lac Victoria depuis notre chambre au réveil était magnifique. Le petit dejeuner était excellent. Je recommande. Bon rapport qualité prix.
DEThe shower is super powerful and hot, the first shower in Uganda I really loved!!! Room facilities perfect, there gives all u need, coffee, tea, water!
The Coffee, maybe there is none who can make coffee like Uganda coffee The Bed is too hard for me There gives no tip box for the staff - a reason for less motivation I have seen Breakfast selection too easy and Fruits for breakfast only on request - a pity- maybe I was out side of season Local partyâs on weekend- I donât like in my vacation
