We didn’t have any breakfast there we went out for it

Very poor service, although I had confirmation from them that we could have a late check-in at 1 am in the morning and I had paid for the night, on arrival they had made a mistake with the dates and there was no accommodation available for me. Not what you need at 12:45/1 am in the morning. They telephoned another hotel who had a room available for €200 for the night. We had to get a taxi to that hotel and eventually got to bed at 3:30 am. We were out for a business appointment at 10 am the following morning and returned to SW opera that afternoon when our accommodation was finally available. I made five attempts over three days to see the manager to discuss this and he was never available to do so, one of his colleagues telephoned him and on Saturday the day before we were leaving I was advised he would refund the €200 within 24/48 hours. I have messaged them 72 hours after leaving and I’ve received no response and no refund. I will be taking it up with my credit card company to seek a refund, unbelievably poor service and bad administration. We don’t recommend this place at all, there are far better places to stay in Budapest.

Clean and tidy

Asked for an extra towel as got it wet by mistake. Receptionist says housekeeping are not there and they don’t have the key, how ridiculous. Not friendly receptionist, no enthusiasm towards receiving us. Need change in behaviour

Nagyon koszos elhanyagolt volta a szoba a cigi füsttől alig lehet látni a fürdőszobában fullasztó penész szag nagyon csalódott voltam amikor be mentem a lakásba😩😩 rögtön mentem a recepciora ezt mind el mondani hogy nem megfelelő a szállás amit kaptam és igazából el lettem küldve az anyámba szó szerint így vissza adtam a kulcsot és meg köszöntem a lehetőséget természetesen a pénzem sem adták vissza 💪💯

Excellent location, great facilities

Locatie foarte accesibila. Am gasit parcare chiar pe strada, asa ca nu a nai fost nevoie sa apelam la parcarea lor privata (25€/zi). Camera ok, conditii light.
