Programming of air conditioning is unclear. Therefor, stuck with high heating and/or lots of noise during times you don't want it. 20 minute walk to French Street entertainment and half an hour/45 minutes to French Quarter.

Everything this place was awful. Roaches, patio was run down no lights and cracked floors. No TVs but 1 in the living room.
