It was a wonderful stay of 3 days. It's around 10 mins walk from beach. It is a simple home stay, with AC rooms. Owner stays somewhere else but visits regularly. Property is managed by a lovely family who are humble people and stay there.

"Decent homestay"

Great service, clean rooms, smart TV.

No basic toiletries, no complimentary breakfast option which is pretty common at this price point, location quite far from the beach with minimal public transportation option. Hot water was unavailable. Drinking water was also only provided at extra charge which was higher than MRP.

"Very near to beach"

Rooms were clean and bathroom was hygienic, receptionist arranged for Bluetooth speaker 🔊 for partying but they allow partying only.till 1 Am as there are neighbours home nearby.
