Good location, close to the main beach. Staff is friendly and sweet. Food at the restaurant is great, home cooked and tasty. Pool is nice and clean, rooms also clean

We chose this hotel mainly to relax by the pool and enjoy the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The pool was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained. It seemed like the staff or workers were using it after hours – playing loud music, eating inside the pool area, drinking alcohol, and even dropping glassware into the water. You can imagine the condition of the pool after that – people were literally washing their greasy hands in the pool after eating. It was disgusting and unhygienic. To make things worse, the restaurant was closed (even though it was one of the reasons we booked the stay), and the entire area was under construction and renovation. The environment was loud, chaotic, and not relaxing at all. There was no peace or comfort. The surroundings were messy and poorly maintained – old tables, worn-out sunbeds, and a generally neglected atmosphere. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, especially since many of the people around seemed to be workers rather than guests. Overall, this was not the relaxing getaway we were hoping for. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Location is very close to pasikuda beach. They have a nice pool.

Washroom had some durty spots. There was a cockroach and a small frog in washroom.

Everything! It was top notch. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the supervisor. It’s not even a 5 min walk to the beach, and the supervisor had taken us at 5 am to go see the sunrise. We had booked this place last minute and beat any expectations we had.

The bathroom was filthy and could do with a good clean, curtains need replacing as we’re all torn, bedding threadbare, a work shop underneath that was so loud we couldn’t have a nap! Also that is where they prepared the food! When we arrived the pool looked lovely and clean but the next day it was absolutely filthy with scum floating on the surface. Late at night the room next door the tv was so loud it kept us awake until 3.30 am after we had complained to reception twice!!

Whatever you do, don't stay at this hotel. We arrived, showed our booking information, they tried to place us into a different cheaper room, when I showed confirmation information for a balcony room. They tried to make me pay more. Really shonky, dishonest behaviour, if you are a lone female traveller avoid this hotel

The bed was like sleeping on bricks, the shower was terrible.

Nice hotel, 20 yrs old. Shame it hasn't been maintained as well as it could have. I understand that times have been hard though. Decent size rooms, great air con, large fridge that works well. Fan. Big bed with duvet, nice linens. Our balcony faced the rear. Overlooking small temple. Great big clean pool. Sunbeds appeared the day we were leaving despite enquiring after some. Walk across the car /bus park opposite to get to lovely beach. Several restaurants and atm nearby. Enjoyed our stay. Did not eat at the hotel. Accepts international card payment for rooms.

The chrome in the bathroom could go with a deep clean, broken hand shower holder replacing. Sunbeds around the pool would be bonus. Would stay again.
