The location is absolutely wonderful and that's the top point about this accommodation. It is peacful with magnificent views and the terrace is perfect for relaxing.

Unfortunately, the positives end with the stunning views and peaceful location. Our stay was significantly impacted by an overwhelming ant infestation. It felt as though they were nesting either within the tent’s structure or directly beneath it. Ants were constantly present in the kitchen and other areas, but especially problematic when preparing food—if anything was left on the countertop for more than two minutes, it would be swarmed. Cleaning dishes meant removing hundreds of ants each time, which was both unpleasant and exhausting. We understand this is a safari-style tent in nature, and some level of insect presence is to be expected. However, it would have been helpful to receive a warning or some guidance on how to manage the situation. We kept the tent impeccably clean throughout our stay, yet the ants persisted. What made things worse was their presence in the bed, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. We strongly believe the owners should investigate and address the source of the infestation, which likely lies beneath the tent. By the second night, the ant situation had escalated to the point where we seriously considered leaving early or sleeping in the car. In addition to the ants, we also found a lizard inside the tent on the second night. While this is not entirely preventable given the natural surroundings, guests who are uncomfortable with insects or reptiles should be made aware that such encounters are possible. Another issue that affected sleep quality was the bedding. The duvet and linens were not breathable, making it uncomfortably warm even though the room temperature itself was pleasant. Simply lying on the bed felt stifling, and we often woke up feeling overheated. The bathroom lacked basic toiletries—no shower gel or shampoo were provided. Given the tent’s remote location (which does contribute to its charm), guests must carry their luggage a fair distance from the car, and any trip to a shop requires a longer drive.

Safaritent staat op fantastische locatie. Schitterend uitzicht. Voorzieningen zijn geweldig. Prachtige luxe douche in de tent. Heerlijk rustig. Het is eigenlijknog mooier dan op.de foto's te zien is.😁

The idea of staying in a safari tent in a peaceful & quiet location, with stunning views, especially at sunset. Comfortable outdoor seating.

No freezer in the fridge which meant 40 minute round trip to nearest shop for ice. Plastic covering on mattress made it very hot at night, especially as it was August. Would’ve been nice to have an option to pay extra to use the pool in the property on the same grounds
