The house was very clean and several items were already in the cabinets to use

Getting into the backyard was a serious hazard, especially if you’re sitting by the fire pit drinking and having fun

I loved that it was very clean, had utilities already there, the location was close to downtown.

One of the days being there, the water was cold, it was kind of hard to take a shower. Not sure if it was an issue coming from our friend who was showering at the same time or just that day.

It was very comfortable and enjoyable

Rated 10 for delivering as advertised: on property parking, alarm security system, multiple bathrooms being convenient for groups, nice kitchen and spacey rooms. Was 15 minutes away (including traffic) from the convention we were attending.

Not necessarily the property itself but the neighborhood. Heard a group verbal confrontation out front of the house that lasted about 40 minutes but nothing followed. Also occasional ants around sinks in both bathrooms and kitchen but nothing terrible.

How comfortable the place was and easy assess to interstate.

The location was perfect! The decor was modern and aesthetically appealing.

We found mold in one of the bathrooms. The place was not clean. Floors were Sticky, and lots of things needed to be wiped down. Between the bed in the master bedroom was filthy. It was. Lean looking from a glance but I suggest the place needs a deep cleaning unfortunately.

the only thing, and it is minor, is having to share the driveway with the the next door house, that's it
