"Good apartment bad location"

Once inside the apartment it was well laid out and all the equipment you would need for a short stay

Shower had warm water which is a plus in the Philippines but was broken all taps need some work as bathroom tap leaked Location was poor we arrived late and had some bits to settle in didnt feel safe walking to the supermarket and as we are a young family this was a concern. Hallways smell like a toilet and bin area was in a mess and by that there were vermin running everywhere. It's a nice apartment but just wrong location for us
