"Tranquila no sentido em que a praia está ao fim da rua e há restaurantes e supermercados por todo o lado."

É central e a 2 minutos da praia.

Muito barulho no exterior até à 1 da manhã. Os restaurantes ao lado fazem muito barulho (música, recolha de loiça, recolha de vidro)…

Ruido de la panadería y restaurante que hay debajo del edificio. La cochera tiene muy mal acceso para un coche grande.
