Modern 1 Bed Seaside Apartment

Beautifully presented, spacious, light and well equipped apartment. Close to the seafront with plenty of parking on the road. Great communication from the owner.

A high spec apartment in a great location. The beach was literally a 2 min walk and you could equally walk to Southbourne High Street in 5 minutes. The apartment was well decorated, with a great fitted kitchen area. The small touches like the food basics that were left (milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar even bread and doughnuts) were very thoughtful. Everything was to a high standard. It was a light airy apartment very quiet.

There was no designated parking outside the accommodation but we were able to find parking on the street easily enough. 10.00am is quite early for check out if this could have been 11.00am that would have been even better.

Everything was perfect. I can't believe my luck in choosing such a beautiful place.

Everything was first class, spotless, comfortable, fresh. only gripe was not getting the cooker to work, although I know I could have phoned up the owner who would have helped . However I was eating out a lot therefore wasn’t a big issue

The property was modern, clean and had a separate living area. It is super close to the beaches, and an easy walk to the High St.

The apartment was just perfect, clean contemporary, stylish and with a welcome hamper.

The only slight and it is slight setback was no allocated parking but lots of on road parking just a few yards down the road

Beautifully styled, light and airy with great facilities. Bed was super comfy and we loved the little basket of goodies, such a nice touch :)
