Our second time staying here in two weeks. We came for our son's graduation at UFL and then again for our pet's surgery. Great location, great hosts, great place, beds, furnishings and most of all great coffee! Thanks again

"Overall, our stay was good and the owner was great to communicate with."

The decor was very nice and modern and the beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and accommodating.

The location was a bit far from the University but we managed and Uber was very inexpensive. The price was pretty steep but that was due to graduation weekend I'm sure.

"Fabulous home from home stay"

Great communication from Kate from a couple of days before arrival up until departure - lovely touches in the property re coffee, laundry and bathrooms - really clean and tidy - we didn’t get to use the back yard but this was a good little space too

Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Very spacious. Good washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bed.

Pillows were a little large and firm.

"Awesome stay"

Comfortable, clean, great location. Home was well stocked with towels and other necessities. Loved that there was shampoo and soap. Great parking. Quiet neighborhood. Awesome communication with host. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.
