"We were there for one night. It worked for us, but not normally what we look for in a place."

Location, relatively clean

Only 3 towels, could use some finishing sprucing up (trim could use some scrubbing and painting), steps were in need of a cleaning, it was quite warm (2 window air conditioning units aren’t enough)

Parking. Several of my guests had parked on a side street and got ticketed. There was never any mention of winter parking hours from the owner. November-april, 1a-6a. I've been back to the area to look for signs with that information and have not found it. If it's known only to the locals, I'm not sure the specifics. Also weird happenings in Several of the rooms at night. It sounded like hangers in the closet were moving along the bar.. the closet doors would open on their own. One of my guests left very early as she was woken up to "something squeezing her arm and pulling her blanket" . Possibly something paranormal here. Nothing anyone can really do about that specifically but in case future guests mention similar experiences, it can be verified by other ppls experiences ✌️
