Topanga Panoramic View Loft with Trails & Creeks

Clean and tidy

The road in was very bad, don’t ever try to get there in the dark. Signage is very bad. Directions are not sufficiency given. No tv, and the entry is dangerous. It’s more of a cabin than an apartment.

Everything was beautiful the view & peacefulness was amazing.

There was no AC & TV

There was some booking confusion & Maggie was on property that day & handled everything so smoothly! She took what could’ve been a mess & made it all better with grace & couldn’t have been kinder!

It’s a little confusing to find your area or part, as there are so many cute little buildings & cottages, all tucked in amongst the trees.

Love the location, views, comfort, easy check in.

The place was clean.

To start, the road up to the Topanga Panoramic View Loft was gravel, rutty, steep and curvy. Not easy to find at night (but they do tell you it's hard to find at night). Light at the front door doesn't work because of some electrical problem, which is unsafe when you are trying to maneuver the steep unstable entrance ramp to the front door. Bare bones as amenities go. No shampoo, or bath/body soap, hair dryer, and no non-slip bathtub mat in the bathtub/shower. The bottom of the bathtub is slick and unsafe. I fell and almost cracked a rib. I'm bruised and sore everywhere. When I asked for a bathmat after telling the host I fell, I received two floor rugs instead. Bath towels were old and scratchy. No paper towels in the kitchen and the sponge they left was old, used and dried up. Sheets and top cover on the bed were old and faded, pillows were too flat for me. When I was packing up to leave a huge spider ended up on my bed! I never saw a smoke detector which concerned me being tucked up in the Topanga Canyon area. Not sure that is even legal. I paid $489 for three nights and feel I should be refunded. I came up to the area to work and coordinate an event and never got a good night sleep because I didn't feel safe. The whole loft was very welcoming and so pretty.the bed was comfortable.the deck was nice to be in the morning 😁

Needs more blankets.The portable heaters took a while to warm up the rooms.The deck needs lights so guests can hang out at night.when it rains the hill to park gets really muddy.
