Aljamar 24 Comfortable house near Burriana Beach

The message was not received for the lock box code. A message was deleted on the morning of arrival. The phone numbers listed were not active. I found an alternative number which was a message only service. A hotel was booked for the first night as we had no access to the property. Once we had found a hotel and settled in the lock box code was received. The agent stated it was a booking.com platform error.

Bad communication on arrival day, extra expense for hotel

Het appartement was ruim en had vier slaapkamers. Verder was er op drie kamers airco en ook in de kamer. Dat was prettig.

Dat er geen airco in de kelder was en dat je je vuilniszakken niet ergens in het straatje kwijt kon. Verder was de klim iedere dag wel zwaar vooral midden overdag met de volle zon.

La casa es muy acogedora, amplia y bonita. Nos gustó mucho.

La limpieza podría ser mejor.

Perfect house for a family. Near the beach

Disappointed with the lack of basics like binbags, Soap , dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid. We had an issue with the upstairs toilet and nobody returned our messages to fix it or responded to our messages

Spacious for 8 people

No private pool and lots of restrictions at pool

very well equipped property with comfy beds and excellent aircon. the walk down to the beach was about 10 minutes down a pretty steep hill which we got used to by the end of our stay. terraces were really nice with views over the sea and plenty of space for 8. the pool is shared by about 25 villas in the complex, however there were never more than two other groups there and we often had it to ourselves. special shout out to alex and the calisto stays group for being so helpful!

the walk back up was fairly steep as mentioned but the location of the villa next to the beach was unbeatable and easy access to the old town of nerja, balcón de europa etc

Great space to accommodate my family, great air conditioning, although I thought the pool was a private one it still became of great use for my family. All credit to Mercadonna home shopping service, arrived as planned the day after arrival with my pre ordered food and again delivered a second order whilst there. Found a great taxi company called Radio Cabs, reasonably priced and easy to order.

The positioning of the property caused issues for myself being mobility restricted so be warned. The hill down to Burriana beach was an easy walk however the return journey caused a lot of energy to be expended. Luckily we met a fabulous bar owner who was prepared to ring for a taxi for me initially.
