"Excellent stay in Oviedo, very comfortable and well located"

We had a great experience staying at this house in Oviedo. It’s a very cozy and comfortable place, with everything you need for a peaceful stay. The location is ideal, especially if you're visiting UCF — it’s very close, which worked perfectly for us. Everything described in the listing was exactly as stated, with no surprises. We truly felt at home and definitely hope to stay again in the future. Highly recommended.

"Never again! Terrible experience with this huse and extremely disappointed with booking.com"

Rented this house for my daughter’s graduation. The owner didn’t bother to contact me or booking.com and I was left outside the house with my entire family for over twice hours, while booking.com kept hanging up on me instead of facilitating other accommodations. I ended up having to overpay for 3 rooms at a 3-star Orlando hotel to accommodate everyone and tomorrow I will initiate the process to receive a reimbursement. So far doesn’t seem like it will be easy.
