Soviel Platz ist hier nicht zum Schreiben, hier die Kurzfassung: ein heruntergekommenes, kaputtes und dreckiges Haus. Trotz Reklamation am ersten Tag wurde lediglich von den aufgeführten Mängeln der Pool gereinigt, alles andere wurde ignoriert. Ich zähle kurz auf: Außenanlagen dreckig, Asche im Grill von diversen Vorgängern. Etliche Lampen kaputt oder keine Leuchtmittel installiert (u.a. Die Lampe im Treppenhaus!). Waschmaschine defekt und dreckig. Waschmaschinenraum vermüllt. Glasscheibe Terassentür gerissen. Toilette läuft aus. Zuwenig Geschirr - selbst für 2 Personen! Polster für Loungemöbel dreckig und mit diversen Flecken, ich will garnicht darüber nachdenken woher die Flecken stammen. Übrigens sind die Mängel mit Fotos zu belegen!

Equipement spartiate en cuisine (pas de verre à vin - pas d'essui de cuisine - lave vaisselle en panne - four à micro-ondes qui fonctionne mal) Wi-Fi / TV en panne (probablement pour cause de factures impayées) et pas reseau GSM dans la zone Proximité auditive avec la maison accolée et pas mal d'avions en approche devant la terrasse Gestion aléatoire des problèmes par l'agence de gestion: Pour le wi-fi en panne "redémarrez la box" après plus de nouvelle La piscine s'est mise à déborder sur la terrasse parce que la vanne de remplissage était ouverte et ils ont oublié de venir la fermer.... heureusement qu'on est débrouillard et qu'on a trouvé la vanne cachée sous la fausse pelouse.....

Kde začať, preležané postele, niektoré okná bolo ťažko zavrieť ak vôbec sa zavreli, popraskané alebo uvolnené kachličky pri bazéne, pokazené obe toalety, televízor nefungoval, dvierka na práčke pokazené, nefunkčné svetlo v chodbe, absolútne sa nestarali o svoju poštu lebo bola plná. Odhlásili sme sa z vily v sobotu 22. novembra, je dávno po novom roku a stále čakám na depozit ktorý vám majú "vraj" vrátiť do 7 až 14 dní. Kdeže, zabudnite. A stále vám budú dookola odpisovať jednu a tú istú odpoveď dookola a nakoniec z toho celého chcú spraviť vás tých zlých.

We had a very good stay at this house. It is large, spacious, and well equipped, with a beautiful pool and garden. The pool was maintained during our stay, which we appreciated. The house had everything we needed for comfort.

The main drawback was the internet connection, which was very weak throughout the house. The TV downstairs did not work at all, and the upstairs TV could not connect properly. The Wi-Fi did not reach the upper floor, which was inconvenient. The property is somewhat remote, so having a car or budgeting for taxis is necessary.

Cozy spacious house, about 20 minutes walk to the beach, shops, cafes or children's playground. Quiet area, suitable for those who don't like noise. The house can accommodate several families.

The house needs some cosmetic repairs (but it doesn't spoil the mood). The sound insulation of the walls is poor, you can hear the neighbors behind the wall.

The properly had a good layout with the bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. it was located in a nice walkable town with beach, restaurants, and shopping. The Wi-Fi worked well and the area felt safe.

The property was not well-maintained, it needed a deep cleaning. There were no instructions to operate the television. Many things were in ill repair such as door knobs, the washing machine door, many of the lights, most of the window shutters did not latch or vent open and the hot water was not turned on before we arrived, and once we turned the hot water heater on in the rear of the property property it leaked rusty water for the remainder of the stay. There were no knives for cutting fruit and vegetables, only two of the bedrooms had fans which was problematic since we couldn’t keep the windows open due to the strong wind gusts and only one large towel per person for an eight day stay. The washing machine door had to be jimmied open with a butter knife every time a load of laundry finished and there were so many items crammed in the laundry room that the dryer was unusable. There is a wind farm behind the home which should’ve been our first clue, there were 25 NM winds for the first five days which made the rear of the house unsafe. The pool was filthy, and we never used it once..
