Great location.

Owner wasn’t responsive, long awaiting for responses, WiFi didn’t work in the room, room wasn’t clear enough - floor was dirty… Absolutely not cozy room with outdated equipment.

The property was great.

Poor communication, person in charge struggling to give proper directions. Hang the phone few times when we tried get clarity about instructions .

Location

It was very dirty and description didn't match what i reserved. Also there was no parking place as it was described.

Cosy atmosphere, very spacious room.

Noisy location, quite cold in winter time

The location was perfect for a very short stay which we had. The view from our window was beautiful at the end try of the town centre .

It was very hard to get into , there was no reception, there was a nice lady that lived there but again wasn’t sure if we should knock on the door of her residence. We had no hot water. I did say that in an email after we left as she wasn’t there at check out. Apparently she told us she was t you g to be there. She said I should have gone to see her but it was 9pm at night. So didn’t think 💭 it was appropriate. The beds and pillows weren’t the best and got bitten by many bugs .

Superb experience in this lovely apartment, top-floor views of gorgeous Pitigliano from two balconies. The spacious place is beautifully decorated with art, books, etc., feels like home. Stefan could not have been more warmly welcoming, and Claudia took first-rate care of us at La Magica trattoria, where we ate twice. We were able to park with family nearby, else make arrangements. To drop bags and get settled, park at the nearby overlook 'P' strip and pay meter, good for free overnight.

Warm water once, else cold. This is not unusual for the town's old buildings; worth the historical location a stone's throw from city hall and the Orsini Palace.
