Subject: Incorrect Handling – This is NOT a Cancellation Request Hello, This is NOT a cancellation request. The issue is that the property did not provide the room I originally booked (₹3147 for 3 people). Instead, I was forced to take a different room and charged ₹3747, along with an additional ₹600 collected separately. This was done without my consent and is an unfair and misleading practice. I am requesting: Refund of the extra amount charged (₹1047 + ₹600) Action against the property for not honoring the confirmed booking I have proof of payment and room condition. Please escalate this as a service issue and overcharge complaint, not a cancellation case. If not resolved, I will proceed with a formal complaint through the consumer forum. Regards, Kiran Prakash

People were smoking in room, no proper space for shoes, someone has taken my shoes and didn’t get any help from them.
