Stayed in a 6-bed mixed AC dorm during a Friday and holiday period, and it feels extremely overpriced for what is offered. There was AC water leakage on the dorm floor, and the dorm area is badly maintained with no focus on cleanliness or hygiene. The washroom doors have no hinges or proper support, so they remain open and keep banging, making the place noisy all the time. To make things worse, there is an abrupt power cut for nearly 3 hours, which is unacceptable at this price point. Throughout the night, people are slamming doors, turning on lights, and making noise until around 4 am, with no intervention from the staff. The lack of basic dorm rules or management makes it impossible to rest. This is the worst dorm experience I have had in my travels, especially considering the high price charged due to the Friday and holiday. After the terrible experience on day one, I request a cancellation and refund for the remaining two days, but the management denies the refund outright. . Other than that, it is a poorly managed property with no regard for guest comfort, hygiene, or basic amenities.

First of all, its a dorm/hostel where solo travellers stay, most of which are working people and still the property doesn’t have a power backup. There was a power cut in the morning around 10 and till 5pm it continued. Plus, because of power cut they didn’t have water in the property. We played at the beach and when we came back to freshup we got to know this is the situation. From afternoon 1pm till 5 we had to sit idle without taking shower, couldn’t even go out bcz our clothes were dirty, no charge in phone. Ahh it was disgusting. Ohhh and the management… not even apologetic for what happened. The rooms are congested, the terrace doesn’t look like how its shown in the pictures. The location of the property is not good. Not at all eortg the money.
