The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable. The material on which the bed platform and headboard were painted smelled bad.

Das Bett der Rahmen unter der Matratzen ist aus Gips oder Beton und beim Aufstehen oder hinlegen muss man aufpassen an den Kanten das man sich nicht verletzt an den Beinen weil der Rahmen zu groß ist da gehört bisschen reparaturbedarf dann noch an den Balkon wäre gut eine sonnenschutz dran zu bringen Ansonsten alles okay

GRTRSpacious 1+1 with elevator and reserved parking place. Upper floor made sure you had a long range view and airy balconies. Generally we were happy staying there.
The balcony was subject to morning sun, it was too hot in the morning because there was no sun-shades. Installing some form of sun-shade would make the balcony more usable. Some of the lights used white light-bulbs which are a little uncomfortable to the eye. Installing lightbulbs with yellow light (3000K or even 2700K) would be better.
