Location was great. Apartment was clean and well appointed

The key pick up and drop off process. The keys are in a locker 10 minutes away from the apartment and have to be picked up from there when checking in and dropped off there when checking out. This is a little inconvenient when you are traveling with multiple suitcases as there is no transit service and not too many Ubers. It wasn't a bad walk, but the 90 degree heat didn't help.

Air Condition funktionierte nicht im Wohnzimmer. Zuwenig Haken im Bad und in den Zimmern, um Kleider aufzuhängen und zuwenig Ablagefläche für Koffer und Tasche in den Zimmern für je zwei Personen.

The place was very big and clean. It is really a nice place and in a quiet area.

It is not ideal for people travelling in car with a lot of baggage. It was a far walk with all baggage from a parking lot across town. Also it is in the far end of the town far from the lake. This was no problem for us, since we like to walk and enjoy the quietness of the street.

Clean & modern.

The bathroom window did not open, nor did the shutters open. There was no exhaust fan. We were a party of 4, and there were no towel rails in the bathroom, or bedroom. Only 2 small hooks. The apartment provided a washing machine, but there was no balcony and nowhere to hang up our washing. There was a great amount of dust under the beds.

Beautiful property, spacious and clean. Perfect location right in the centre of Como City. Really helpful book in the apartment also that contains everything you need to know such a useful contact details etc.

The entire power cuts if you use 3 sources at the same time. E.g., we were charging 2 phones and turned the TV on. The team were quick to respond and fix this and luckily we were there in March when it was nice and cool but I’d worry about the summer if you need to use the AC and charge phones at the same time for example!

Good location, very clean and setup very well for a family. The extras such as coffee machine and toiletries were welcomed. Very comfy beds and lovely bed linen/towels.

Not all of the windows opened especially the bathroom so got very steamy. Distinct lack of convertible plug sockets for charging UK devices. Having to pick up the keys from the other side of town with a small child was challenging and the staff were not that helpful or welcoming

Beautiful flat, perfect holiday. Design, cleaniness, location - all great

Be aware that you cannot drive into old town with your car so you have to carry your luggage. Parking facilities are not easy to find!

Be aware when booking this- on the description it looks like a high level apartment with views, on arrival we were met with a ground floor apartment with bars at the windows and no view at all- therefore felt quite oppressive and dark. When I questioned this I was told that it was my error there is two you choose from and it was the one I had booked. There is nothing on the booking stating this and as all the pictures are together you can’t tell it’s in fact two different places! There was no offer of an alternative and was blamed completely on me. It needs to be much clearer.
