Property is very clean and spacious. Location was really good only few minutes to maharagama junction. And very secure/ safe location.

Host in the property is very helpful and supportive. When going back to Lanka I would book again.

It was well stocked with tea, milk and sugar. Shiromi was very helpful in showing me where to go to get food from nearby places. It’s also in a good location, very quiet.

Our family of five had a very pleasant stay at Shiromi’s place. We stayed there for almost three weeks. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Shiromi was also a responsive and courteous host. Much recommended!

The bedrooms were nice and cool due to air conditioning. Unfortunately the 2 standing fans were inadequate to keep cool when in the LR, DR, or kitchen.

I recommend this property to anyone looking for family-friendly accommodation. This is the first floor of a newly constructed house with separate external access. The property was perfect, and the host met us at 3.00am to hand over the keys, which I did not expect as usual from a host. Also, the host provided delicious breakfast on a few occasions without any additional charges. While we had the whole upper floor unit, we used two rooms, which were very spacious, with good Air Conditioning and facilities. It is at a central location to access Maharagama, Nawinna and Boralasgamuwa towns.

The listed rate did not include the water and electricity charges, and we had to pay it in addition to the Booking.com price. The host was up-front with this during the initial communication, so it was not a surprise. Considering the excellent condition of the property, the overall price I paid for the property for our stay was still much better than other properties that I had looked at.
