"Amazing location, fantastic value for money"

Location location location holy moly it was amazing. Super close to lots of food spots in Addington. Easy to get to Christchurch CBD via public transport. Great value for money.

One bathroom was the only downside, but I knew that when booking. This place is fantastic on all counts.

It’s very nicely decorated. Felt at home. Well kept. Toilet bowl comes with the washer like the Japanese but manual function which works just as good and heated seat.

Neighbors can be a little loud so goes to show the estate sound proofing may not be good but overall, loved it and one of the best accommodation for similar valued priced.
