"Fine for a weekend away."

Everything was fine for a weekend away. Good kitchen facilities. Nice views, comfortable bed.

Road noise, hard to maintain heat in property. Shower awful, very low pressure and problem with woodlice upstairs. Seating wasn't the most comfortable in front room.

This place was superb. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The views from the floor to ceiling windows were lovely and in better weather the two balconies would be great to sit outside. We were really comfortable and would stay here again anytime.

Cosy, very well equipped property with amazing views and lovely balcony to sit and enjoy them. Perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway with lovely walks from the doorstep and the lovely little town of Arnside 5 min drive away. Didn’t venture too far as husband and dog recovering from operations but it was perfect base for a bit of peaceful recuperation for them both.

A little noise from the road in front at commute times but not enough to bother us or put us off staying again.

An amazing setting, well equipped, comfortable and cozy. We were really lucky with the weather, but could happily have stayed indoors all weekend. We will be back.

Can't think of anything to change. It really was exceptional
