Everything was brilliant. The location is great, walking distance to the city centre or on multiple bus routes. The instructions and video on how to get in were super helpful. The flat was spotless. The sofa bed was made for us as requested and this was really helpful.

My only comment is that the shower pressure is poor, luckily I had planned not to wash my hair here.

Absolutely everything! The apartment was clean and very well equipped, with everything you could ask for and all the amenities you could need for a few days stay in Bologna. The area is quite good and fairly close to the center, with plenty of public transport and restaurants, supermarkets nearby. The facility had a very secure private parking which was very important for us. The hosts were easy to contact and very friendly and helpful, and the procedure to pickup the key and access the apartment was one of the best I have ever experienced!! (the video they sent us was very helpful and easy to follow)

The apartment is nice and the location is very convenient. !!!BUT!!!

The short story: It was unclean and even disgusting, but we were charged twice for cleaning – once 18 euros through Booking and another 20 euros upon arrival. The woman we communicated with, as well as the (supposed) owner, behaved very inadequately and unprofessionally. The long story: A woman named Anna awaited us at the apartment, insisting on knowing the exact arrival time the day before and asked about it multiple times. The place is not easily accessible, especially with a large car. Instead of helping, the woman stressed us over the phone to hurry up and come in. It turned out that the doorbell name was removed by neighbors who were not on good terms with them, and I couldn't open the two doors myself. While running up the stairs because our large car was blocking the narrow path to the yard, I heard someone honking behind my boyfriend. The woman repeatedly insisted that we pay the tourist tax and cleaning fee. I told her that if she was in such a hurry, she could come down, and we would pay her in the car. Her reaction was super strange. Then she said she didn't want to be seen outside with us because of the neighbors. She had a POS terminal, with which we paid by card, and she left it there in case we wanted to pay more (a tip perhaps)?! In such a strange and stressful situation, no one would think to check if the cleaning fee was included in the total – we realized this later. After her story about the neighbors, we feared for our car left in the yard and tried to be as quiet and inconspicuous as possible to avoid unpleasant situations. We are extremely disappointed with the hygiene! There was a salad left outside the fridge in the kitchen pantry. One of the towels had blood on it – thank God we brought our own. The bottom sheet of the bed had a stain and maybe wasn’t changed – there were also visible body marks of two people. I didn't dare lie there and slept on the top cover.

We only stayed for one night and did not use the location for sightseeing.

The directions from Google did not take you to the correct address. Really struggled to find the location. It was dark and the stairs lights were off, so we struggled to get to the third floor to get the keys from the safety deposit box, tried to use the lift for the luggage but it would not work. Only worked on the next day, probably just a glitch. The lounge area was quiet small when the sleeper couch was deployed. Better for two people than three. Kitchen space limited.

Great apartment. Nice location. Very clean. Parking space. Everything you need. Great value for money.
