Some of them are minor points, some - are more substantial, but it does make a difference when you actually live an apartment for 10 days. These things made our stay less uncomfortable than we expected for such level of apartment and the cost we paid: 1. There are no gloves in the apartment to take hot dishes out from the oven - it's just dangerous. 2. No coffee machine - it's not an expensive thing but will make a difference. 3. No washing machine - that's just not good. We have appreciated that the host allowed us to wash our stuff in the apartment next door half way through the stay, but we really didn't understand why there is no washing machine in the apartment especially that there is enough space to put it in the bathroom. Again - cost is fairly low for it. 4. Useless microwave grill - it's impossible to cook in the apartment using it. It's of very poor quality and power. 5. Incredibly small dishwasher that is very inconveniently located. 6. Very few pans and utensils are provided which again makes it impossible to cook in the apartment (and that's pretty much the whole advantage vs staying in a hotel - that you have fully operational kitchen which is not the case with this apartment) 7. Faulty vacuum cleaner - it's very weak / no power which makes it impossible to vacuum the apartment. I really struggled with it as I vacuum every day. Also, the main big brush is faulty so I had to use tiny brush to vacuum the whole apartment. 8. Ventilation control panel in the bedroom keeps bright up during the night making it impossible to sleep - you have to go creative and cover it with something.
