Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es war auch erstaunlich ruhig, trotz direkter Lage an der Straße. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge.

Schöne Abendsonne, sehr zentral gelegen und Autobus Haltestelle nicht weit entfernt. Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat super geklappt.

Leider sind die Wasserhähne in die Jahre gekommen, habe es auch dem Vermieter gemeldet.

Une mini table toutes les prises électriques cassées pas assez de vaisselles une ampoule sur 3. Au final une facture de grille-pain cassé alors qu’il y en a jamais eu ! Et que vous appelez la société pour faire la réclamation, il vous raccroche au nez

The windows are pretty bad soundproofing, you can hear all the cars passing by the window very loudly at night. Also, the neighbors upstairs are VERY loud, moving heavy furniture and talking loudly from 6 am. Updete I decided to add to my review, because 4 days after we left the apartment, we received a request for compensation for a dirty room everywhere in the amount of 70 euros. My request to provide photos of what was wrong after we left the room was refused, citing the fact that all the photos were provided to Booking. But Booking was on my side. So be prepared for what could happen.
